Our senior amateur boxing classes are designed for people aged 16 and over, catering to all levels - from those stepping into the ring for the first time to experienced amateurs looking to rise to the top of their game.

The senior boxing classes are focused on developing amateur boxers who want to compete, following the standards set by England Boxing. While competing isn’t required, everyone must be prepared to train like a competitive boxer and step into the ring as part of their development. Boxing is a tough, demanding sport - training and sparring are intense, and we expect commitment, discipline, and a strong work ethic from all who take part.

Every session is structured to develop technical ability, ringcraft, tactical awareness, and physical conditioning, with an emphasis on continuous improvement and personal progression. We maintain a high standard of work ethic and commitment, but within a supportive and respectful environment where every boxer is treated as an individual.

Our coaching team brings years of experience at both amateur and professional levels, providing expert guidance, one-to-one feedback, and a pathway for those aiming to compete. If you're ready to train hard and push your limits, this is the place for you.
